Multiple bank account support
We are hearing it more and more from our customers: “Can we collect multiple bank accounts from employees and contractors?” Some of you might be wondering why on earth that is a thing. Well employees now like to split their payment into multiple accounts to help manage their money better. For example, Sarah wants 30% of her pay to go to her high interest savings account, with the remainder going into her every day spending account.
Well, now we support multiple bank accounts so you can support your workers.
Access a curated library of compliant HR documents
Keeping your contracts and policies up to date can be difficult in an ever changing compliance landscape. You can now access curated HR and legal documents on Worknice. These range from employment contracts, letters, deeds and policies. Customers can now engage Source to tailor these documents inside the Worknice platform, before leveraging the Worknice platform to streamline, scale and maintain compliance of those documents. Some of the most popular features include;
- Dynamic fields change information depending on the employee it is being delivered to, such as [direct report], [first name], or [location].
- Digital signature and document acknowledgment reports
- Employee self service for single platform accessibility
- And much more features

- Added hidden “Assignments” page (/assignments) that shows an overview of all assignments and their status.
- Updated icons in the menu and added dividers for all the assignment items.
- Pluralised the “Workplace Adjustments” form name.

- Added support for nominating multiple bank accounts on bank account forms.
- Made it possible for admins to configure a default super fund for super forms. The super fund’s USI will be saved with the form when an employee chooses “A super fund nominated by my employer”.
- Fixed problems caused by long titles on card and table layouts.

- Improved assignments index:
- Grouped by date of last update.
- Integrated status indicator to assignment icon.
- Added links to the assignment (links to certificates have been omitted until they’ve been moved to their own page).
- Added a “Subject” column.
- Aligned all columns.
- Improved inbox:
- Replaced “Type” column with a assignment icons.
- Added last updated column.
- Improved the empty state for back account forms.
- Hide account headings on bank account forms when there’s only 1 bank account.
- Added expiration date to certificates index.

- Enabled the assignments overview page.
- Moved certificates to their own pages.
- Linked to certificates from the assignments overview page.
- Added ability to mark reviews as processed.
- Added ability to mark surveys as processed.
- Added ability to mark documents as processed.
- Added ability to mark forms as processed.
- Added non-billable flag to people table.

- Made it possible for admins to submit any assignment (task, form, document, certificate, review or survey) on behalf of the assignee.
- Fixed a bug that prevented the gender showing on records synced from Xero.

- Added ability for admins to archive forms, documents, certificates, reviews and surveys, including the ability to restore at a later date.

- Added the location and manager to position descriptions when creating/editing jobs.
- Changed “Master Documents” to “Document Templates”.
- Added a link to the Document Template Library from the document templates page in account settings.
- Moved the “Archive” and “Restore” buttons for document and certificate templates to the top-right corner to match the buttons on assignment pages.
- Improved error message when a document’s file cannot be found.

- Changed the two modals for creating documents into a single modal.
- Added the create document modal to the root-level documents page.
- Added search, filtering options, grouping options and CSV download to the assignments overview page.
- Improved performance of search fields.

- Changed forms to pre-fill with the data from the most recently submitted version.
- Updated supabase-js to the latest version.

- Increased memory allocation for serverless functions to improve speed/performance.
- Fixed issue that prevented people onboarding if they have archived documents.
- Fixed permission issues for employees and contractors with processed documents.
