We’re living in a golden age of information. Google has become our classroom and finding information has never been easier, right?
Yeaaahhhh, but with a challenge – what is actually the right information you are looking for? Sifting through the noise to find valuable and relevant information that helps HR practitioners drive innovation and make an impact in their businesses is now much harder. We’re here to help make that easier for you.
So without further further ado, we introduce to you…

What’s in the Worknice template library?
We’ve built this in because we began to see a demand for expert-created templates that can form the base of compliance documentation such as employee contracts, ideas on how to write popular policies in the workplace, as well as questions that help assess key business drivers such as engagement metrics and performance metrics.
We could have dumped in a bunch of random resources available for clients to grab and download from a list, but typical Worknice – we did so much more! We have built these templates right into the core workflows of the user interface. For example, if you are hiring a new employee, and it is time to add an employment contract, you can do the typical stuff like ‘create from scratch’, or ‘import’ – however you can also browse the contract library, pick a template, and then edit it. Cool right!?
Forms and contracts template library
There is a ton of templates now available in the template library, that cover a wide range of different areas, and are relevant right across the employee lifecycle.
You can view the full list right here if you want to have your mind blown, otherwise, here is an overview of what we have on deck:
- Employee contacts and contractor agreements
- Workplace policies

- Forms and letters covering onboarding, probation, performance reviews, performance management, misconduct management, redundancy and off boarding

Digital editor
Edit, clone, delete – have full control of your documents online so you can keep them updated no matter where you are.
Dynamic fields
Dynamic fields are a powerful feature that enable you to dynamically change data contained on a document depending on the user it is being sent to. So you don’t need to personalise another document again!
Acknowledgment tracking
You’ve introduced a new policy, and sent it out to a specific set of employees. Who have read and acknowledged it you ask? A single report can tell you that!
Digital sign
Create a seamless digital experience with e-signatures.
Employee distribution
Set and forget. Assign a document to be viewed by a particular group of employees, so you never have to assign it to individuals again. Bob joined the sales team? He now has access to all the relevant documents.

How does the template library work?
Great news – it is super easy to use the template library, and it will appear just at that moment you will need to call upon it. For example, let’s say for a moment you want to create a new “Working from home policy”. Do add a new document into worknice, you head over to the documents section, and hit the obvious button – “add new”. At this point, you are presented with an option – Create document from a template, or create your own.
You better believe I’m creating from a template!
