About the role

This role is crucial in driving the growth of our product. You’ll be at the forefront of all client facing interactions.

We are looking for a customer success representative to enable clients and prospects to fully utilise our software.

The customer success representative may have many duties and responsibilities. There are several primary responsibilities which include:

Responsibilities Include;

  • Develops healthy customer relationships
  • Enhances customer training
  • Evaluates and analyses customer needs
  • Builds trust and transparency with clients
  • Onboards new clients
  • Acts as a customer advocate
  • Encourages customers to upgrade their products inline with genuine needs
  • Promotes customer loyalty

Requirements

Your technical and interpersonal skills are equally paramount. You should be looking for an organisation where you can make an impact and benefit from seeing the fruits of your labour.

Your experience and skills should include most, if not all;

  • Proven work experience in customer success or similar role
  • Experience working in the SaaS industry
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Hubspot
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Ability to write engaging instruction editorials
  • Ability to create video
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management skills
  • BSc in Computer Science or relevant field preferred

The role also requires the ability to prioritise your work and have excellent written and communication skills.

This is a full-time position based in our Sydney office (once we’re back there post-COVID that is! Until then you will be working some days from home).
